What make Flow Gravity Different?

What do we provide?

We have crafted a selction of modules that we feel are important to building a well rounded climber. Each module is designed to add ‘Tools’ to your ‘Toolbox’ instead of telling the right or wrong way to recover from a fall or to build yourself a training plan, we aim to provide the resources to make the choices yourself.

What do we not provide?

Simply put, Personal Training or Therapy.

We are able to guide a little when it comes to general strength but we will not be prescribing any specifics like a pull up training plan but we are aiming to teach the mental resiliance to follow through on a training plan.

We are helping tackle difficult emotions and topics but we are not trained therapists and help with severe climbing related trauma should be sought from qualified therapists.

Who are we?

Steph

Steph is a strong, powerhouse of a person and a climber, happy to utilise grit and pure determination to work on her projects on and of the wall.

Steph is welcoming, warm and has the ability to make those around her relax and smile. Confident, strong and guiding are a few of the qualities that make Steph great for teaching the topics we cover like dealing with fear and mindful approaches to climbing.

Mark

Mark has been climbing for seven years, exploring the realms of bouldering, sport climbing, and trad climbing. As the co-founder of Flow Gravity, Mark is the creative powerhouse behind the business, constantly generating innovative ideas that shape its direction. A trained Development Coach, Mark specializes in designing long-term plans for climbers and has a deep fascination with the power of climbing mindfully—particularly in finding flow and staying motivated.

With a variety of styles and formats to match your goals

All modules are aimed to be a complete learning experience catering to different learning styles and respecting the difference from person to person.
